2. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Generate a meeting between Zipatoni and a new prospective client that leads to real new business and “You’re Hired." Take home a $100K salary, head out for a night in Zipatoni’s flame-adorned, vintage Cadillac company limo, cocktail with friends at the überhip Zipatoni bar, and take the rest of the year off. It could be the easiest $100K you’ll ever make.

3. All leads must be submitted to yourehired@zipatoni.com – leads submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

4. And, when we say leads, we don’t mean your best friend’s coffee shop or tattoo parlor.

Terms and Conditions
To the extent that there may be a conflict with other descriptions of this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.
Participation by you in this promotion is expressly conditioned upon the following:


1) Completion of a business transaction that will generate Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) in annual net revenue for Zipatoni (“new business”) within 60 days of the receipt of the information from you as set forth below, such new business being between Zipatoni and an individual or entity with whom Zipatoni does not have a current relationship reasonably expected by Zipatoni to generate new business, such new business being a direct and but-for result of the information provided by you, and such new business being the first new business generated by this promotion.

2) You are the first person to have provided the information to Zipatoni through Zipatoni’s webpage, www.zipatoni.com/yourehired, and, at that time, you clearly indicated that it is provided pursuant to this promotion, whereby such information becomes the unrestricted property of Zipatoni.

3) The information is provided to Zipatoni not by a group, but by an individual (“you”) at least twenty-one (21) years of age, who is not a current employee, director, or contractor of Zipatoni or a Zipatoni affiliate, and who is not a person either obligated to provide the new business opportunity to Zipatoni or legally prohibited therefrom.

Whether the new business is a but-for result of the information that you provided is a determination to be made in good faith but otherwise reserved to the sole discretion of Zipatoni.

This is not an offer of employment. Participation in this promotion does not make you an employee or an independent contractor of Zipatoni, and the person is entitled to no benefits other than as set for herein.

Only one person will be selected to participate in this promotion. The one person selected will be the first person to have provided to Zipatoni the information that meets the conditions stated herein.

The single person selected under the conditions herein provided shall be paid a sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in equal monthly installments over the course of twelve months, and additionally shall have provided by Zipatoni a Night of Zipatoni Entertainment for that person and four guests of that person, each of whom is at least twenty-one (21) years-old, which includes, during one night which is mutually agreeable to Zipatoni and the selected individual, two hours of Happy Hour (open bar) at Zipatoni bar and six hours of Zipatoni Limo Service (company car). All federal, state, and local taxes associated with this promotion are the sole responsibility of the selected person.

This promotion is open during the days between and including March 30, 2005, and April 30, 2005, unless a person is selected during that period, at which time the promotion automatically expires. During the open period, Zipatoni will accept information from you on the Zipatoni webpage, www.Zipatoni.com/yourehired. Zipatoni reserves the right to end this promotion at any time without notice prior to selecting a person.
